Kevin King
As the owner and founder of Innovative Kitchens and Bath Ltd Kevin is able to use his vast experience as a builder and remodeler to bring his clients dreams to life. Kevin began his career in the building industry in his youth right here in Victoria and has stayed as a passionate contributor to the industry throughout his life. When he is not working you will find Kevin spending time with his wife Kathy, children Dallas, Erin & Matt as well as his extended family and growing number of grandchildren.

Dallas King
Dallas founded Innovative Kitchens and Bath with his father Kevin when they were not satisfied with the millwork and cabinetry options others could provide them for their building projects. Dallas utilizes his attention to detail and interest in cutting edge industry technologies to ensure every job is a success. When he is not working you will find Dallas renovating his own home, spending time on the water, and playing various sports including Roller Hockey. Dallas is married to his wife of many years Brittany and together they are about to welcome their first child into the world.

Sarah Honour
Sarah is a Design Consultant with Innovative. She has attended Pacific Design Academy and gained a wide variety of valuable skills through her extensive experience in retail management. With her natural talent for design and eye for detail Sarah decided to follow her true love and passion into the design industry. Sarah offers a combination of experience in design knowledge, management skills, and excellent customer service to her clients. In her spare time, she is often found creating DIY projects and seeking out design inspiration.

Jill King
Jill was born and raised in Victoria BC, graduating from Belmont. Jill keeps the office organized and is often the first face you see when you enter our showroom. When she is not working Jill spends quality time with both her friends and family. Jill often goes on weekend camping adventures with her boyfriend Jordan, exploring remote places of Vancouver Island. Jill is also a hobby artist working in varied mediums, and is often trying out new crafting techniques.
